Frequently asked questions
What kind of works do you review?
Office and retail interiors, fit-out, MEP works (mechanical, electrical and plumbing), factory and building construction, and civil works — from small jobs to large-scale factory projects. For large projects, we simply confirm the review scope with you first.
Can you review our own quote?
Yes. We check the formulas and totals of quotes prepared by your team and flag unusual unit prices. Remove client and site details and tell us only the region (unit prices vary by region).
Will the contractor know about the review?
No. KWANG does not contact the contractor, and you can hide the contractor’s name.
Which languages do you work in?
Quotes can be in English, Indonesian or Korean. Reports are delivered in English (or Korean on request), and questions for the contractor come in Indonesian as well.
Do you need drawings?
We can review unit prices from the quote alone. Drawings or site photos make the quantity check more accurate.
Why is it free?
The free summary is how we introduce KWANG. Order the detailed report only when you need a deeper analysis.
